Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? 18-70 years old, gender unlimited; ? The diagnostic criteria for chronic sinusitis are strictly according to the 2012 European Society of Allergy and Clinical Immunology(European Academy of Allergy and Clinical Immunology, EAACI) published diagnostic guidelines for chronic rhinosinusitis, the main symptoms: nasal congestion, sticky purulent nasal discharge; Secondary symptoms: head and face swelling pain, decreased or loss of smell, based on the above two or two related symptoms, one of the main symptoms of nasal congestion and mucopurulent nasal discharge must be one, and through sinus CT, nasal endoscopy and other examinations confirmed that the patient has unilateral or bilateral middle nasal tract polyps; Chronic sinusitis and/or concomitant nasal polyps; Surgery is needed; ? Both patients received or did not receive drug therapy; ? No previous immunotherapy (desensitization, bacterial lysate, etc.); ? No major neurological disease, serious systemic disease, family genetic history, major mental illness.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Patients who are allergic to the composition of Bacterial Lysates Capsules; ? Acute intestinal infection, upper respiratory tract infection, asthma or other serious systemic disease; ? Other nasal diseases such as Antrochoanal Polyps, cystic fibrosis, primary ciliary immobile disease, fungal rhinitis, allergic rhinitis or inverted papilloma; ? Do not agree to join the experiment,or have a plan to move out or go out within 3 months.
