Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age = 6 years and = 11 years; (2) Children initially diagnosed with focal epilepsy combined with ADHD, with the diagnosis of focal epilepsy meeting the 2017 ILAE epilepsy diagnosis and classification criteria, and the diagnosis of ADHD meeting the DSM-5 diagnostic criteria; (3) Previously, there was no medication treatment for epilepsy and ADHD; (4) The parents of the child are unable to conduct Behaviour therapy for ADHD of the child due to various reasons, or have conducted Behaviour therapy but have no effect.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Age11 years old; (2) Before diagnosing focal epilepsy with ADHD, there is developmental delay (including intellectual impairment/generalized developmental delay, autism spectrum disorders, language development disorders, motor development disorders, etc.); (3) Suffering from serious diseases of other systems (such as liver and kidney dysfunction, severe heart disease, etc.); (4) Suffer from other diseases requiring long-term use of central nervous system stimulants or sedation (such as narcolepsy, Tic disorder, etc.).
