Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for depression in the 10th revision of the International Statistical Classification of Diseases and Related Health Problems (International Classification of Diseases, ICD-10); 2. Aged 18 to 65 years; 3. Right-handed; 4. The Ethics Committee of the Municipal Psychiatric Hospital agreed, and the subjects signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe physical diseases, infectious diseases and immune system diseases; 2. Patients with severe neurological disease, mental retardation or organic brain disease; 3. Pregnant or lactating women; 4. Those who received electroconvulsive therapy within the past 3 months; 5. Have a history of epileptic seizures; 6. Those who are not suitable to receive rTMS or tDCS treatment after evaluation, and those who cannot complete the collection of relevant indicators.
