Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Meet the above diagnostic criteria and meet the needs of this study: there are pain symptoms in the lumbar, which are aggravated after activities, and the course of disease is more than 3 months; ? Age 18-60; ? Visual analog scale (VAS) score>3; ? Within 2 weeks before enrollment, they did not take any traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment drugs related to this disease, and did not receive acupuncture, cupping and other related clinical acupuncture treatment; ? Have the education level above grade 3 of primary school, have good compliance with the observation and evaluation of researchers, voluntarily participate in this study, agree with the test method, and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? History of lumbar surgery; ? Specific low back pain (tumor, infection, metabolic disease, rheumatoid arthritis, fracture); ? Spinal deformity (spondylolisthesis, isthmus or scoliosis); ? Pain below knee; ? Extraspinal diseases (such as vascular and urogenital diseases); ? There are root symptoms; ? Low back pain with pain in 2 or more other parts; ? Pregnant and lying in women, patients with mental illness, cognitive impairment or communication difficulties; ? The patient did not agree to accept the research method of this trial, or was unwilling to sign the informed consent form.
