Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ? Age = 18 years old; ? The surgical method is expanded resection of the floor of the mouth or tongue (tongue resection>50% or tongue base), free tissue flap transfer repair, and tracheotomy; ? After the patient removed the tracheal cannula, the Wada drinking water test was conducted at levels III-V; ? The wound healed well; ? Clear awareness, able to communicate independently and cooperate with eating thickened food; ? Daily use of WeChat by patients or family members; ? Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ? Previous or concurrent diseases that affect swallowing function, such as stroke, head injury, myasthenia gravis, etc.; ? The tumor has distant metastasis; ? Received preoperative radiation therapy; ? Due to illness, it is still necessary to fast and drink.
