18 Years to 70 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. 18 = age = 70 years; 2. ASA class III-IV; 3. NYHA cardiac function class I-III; 4. planning to undergo deceased donor kidney transplantation; 5. volunteering to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients who have received preoperative norepinephrine and low-dose dopamine infusions; 2. Patients who have undergone renal transplantation again; 3. Patients with intraoperative knowledge, serious postoperative complications or critical condition, who have been transferred to ICU care and are unable to complete the assessment; 5. Patients who refuse to participate in the study; 6. Patients who also have pheochromocytoma, uncontrolled tachyarrhythmia, or ventricular fibrillation.
