Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Clinically confirmed diagnosis of lumbar degenerative disease ? elective surgery under general anesthesia ? age =60 years old ? understanding and consent to participate

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? patients with severe mental illness; ? patients with language communication disorder; ? Unable to cooperate with the researchers for various reasons
