35 Years to 64 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Sex is not limited, age 35~64 years, body mass index (BMI) 19~27 kg m-2. ? colonoscopy biopsy and surgical pathology confirmed the initial diagnosis of colorectal cancer, which met the relevant diagnostic criteria of The Chinese Standards for Diagnosis and Treatment of Colorectal Cancer (2020 edition).? Elective laparoscopic radical treatment of colorectal cancer, meet the surgical indications; ? HAMD score <7 points; ? ASA grade ?~ ?; ? cardiac function grade ?~?, important organ function without obvious abnormality; ? know and agree to the study content.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Open or conversion to laparotomy surgery; ? HAMD score> 7; ? with infectious diseases, blood disease, immune system disease, abnormal coagulation function and severe infected persons; ? other cancer; serious ? other organs; ? mental illness, preoperative cognitive dysfunction; ? for nearly 1 month; ? contraindications of narcotic drugs.
