Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. age = 18 years old, regardless of gender; 2. mild to severe TBI clearly diagnosed by CT or MRI (GCS: 4-15); 3. agreeing to sign an informed consent form; 4. the time from injury to admission is = 24 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. age<18 years old; 2. refusing to sign an informed consent form; 3. fatal head injury (abbreviated injury scale,AIS)=6 and GCS=3; 4. patients with severe heart, lung, liver, and kidney dysfunction; 5. patients with a recent history of myocardial infarction; 6. patients with severe injuries to other parts (AIS = 3 points in any other part).
