Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1)Age: 18 ~ 49 years old; 2) natural conception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) abnormal prenatal diagnosis; 2) Hemoglobin in the first trimester 4500 g; 8) Smoking or drinking within 3 months of pregnancy or the first trimester; 9) History of exposure to toxic, harmful or radioactive substances; 10) Long-term drug use history (except conventional folic acid, calcium, vitamins or iron).
