60 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age 60-75 years old, (2) diagnosed with idiopathic PD according to UK Brain Bank criteria, (3) Hoehn and Yahr (H&Y) stage I to III, (4) Mini-Mental State Examination score =24, (5) Ability to walk at least 5 min independently (walking aids are permitted).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Recently have the habit of practicing Qigong,(2) in the past two years have serious organic diseases (heart disease, hypertension, tuberculosis, nephritis, etc.),(3) have serious hearing and language impairment, can not understand the instruction and expression needs.
