Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Tooth extraction prevention group: 1. The patient has received oral or intravenous infusion of anti-bone resorption drugs; 2. It has indications for tooth extraction; 3. The patient does not have absolute contraindications to tooth extraction and can perform tooth extraction surgery; MRONJ treatment group: 1. The patient has received oral or intravenous infusion of anti-bone resorption drugs; 2. According to the definition of the American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeons (AAOMS) MRONJ, fistula formation or detection of bone exposure in the maxillofacial region, clinical Stage I and above, the sequestrectomy or excision is feasible; 3. X-ray examination confirmed that the jaw has osteonecrosis, or clinically confirmed that the jaw has osteonecrosis.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Tooth extraction prevention group same as MRONJ treatment group 1. The patient has received hormone therapy for a long time; 2. Acute inflammation of the affected tooth and periodontal tissue; 3. A history of radiotherapy in the maxillofacial region; 4. The tumor involves the jaw; 5. Female patients who are pregnant during the follow-up period; 6. Those who are unable or unwilling to complete the follow-up;
