Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age 18-49 years old;2) Natural conception

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Previous history of underlying diseases such as liver and renal insufficiency, hypertension, heart disease, diabetes, kidney disease, thyroid disease, rheumatic immune disease, genetic disease, etc.;2) History of recurrent abortion;3) <18 years old or =49 years old;4) The gestational age of delivery is <28 weeks or =42 weeks;5) Recent history of drug use;6) Smoking, drinking, and other bad habits.
