18 Years to 70 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Renal tumors with clinical stage T1; 2) Renal tumors with a high risk of renal arterial and venous separation (history of surgery, solitary kidney, complex variant branches, etc.); (3) Imaging shows a single arterial feed to the renal tumor; 4) renal tumors for which partial nephrectomy via the abdominal route is proposed;
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1 ) Patients with severe underlying diseases of the heart, lungs, liver, kidneys, and blood; 2 ) Patients with severe underlying diseases of the great vessels such as aneurysms; 3 ) Patients who refuse to join the study; 4 ) Patients who cannot accept standardized treatment and cannot cooperate with follow-up visits; 5) Patients who are younger than 18 years old, or older than 70 years old;
