18 Years to 88 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1:Patients over 18 years old. 2:Patients undergoing VATS pulmonary wedge or segmental lobectomy in the Department of Thoracic and Pulmonary Surgery at Guangdong Provincial People's Hospital.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1: Non lobar parenchymal surgery, such as esophageal cancer, mediastinal tumors, pulmonary bullae, pectus excavatum, palmar hyperhidrosis, etc; 2: Patients with peripheral and central diseases: cognitive dysfunction, Parkinson's disease, Alzheimer's disease, stroke or unable to cooperate 3: ICU patients in critical condition after surgery 4: Patients with recurrence of tumor, chronic infection, reo-peration and death
