Patients Undergoing Endoscopic Retrograde Cholangiopancreatography (ERCP)

Interventions

Group A:Propofol 2 mg/kg was infused intravenously

Group B:Intravenous infusion Remazolam 0.1mg/kg

Group C:Intravenous infusion Remazolam 0.2mg/kg

Group D:Intravenous infusion Remazolam 0.3mg/kg

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) patients undergoing elective endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography under general anesthesia (2) Patients voluntarily participated in the trial and signed the informed consent (3) age =65 years old

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) preoperative definite history of neurological or psychiatric disorders; (2) history of alcoholism or drug dependence; (3) patients with allergy history; (4) patients with long-term use of narcotic analgesics, sedatives or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (5) patients with severe liver and kidney dysfunction before operation
