Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: [ Healthy Subjects ] [1] Male or female, =18 years old; [2] There were no significant complaints of memory decline and other cognitive decline; CDR=0 points [3] 18.5=BMI=28; [3] Subjects may complete follow-up tests and provide biological samples. [4] Able to sign informed consent. [AD] [1] Meet the diagnostic criteria for AD established by NIA/AA in 2011; [2]MMSE threshold score below, MoCA 3 months and did not reach the level of dementia; [3] CDR=0.5 points [4] The ability to function normally in daily life remains intact. [5] Subjects may complete follow-up tests and provide biological samples. [6] Able to sign informed consent.
Exclusion criteria

Pregnant or lactating women; [2] Allergic or allergic to known components of the drug used in the test; [3] Chronic alcohol and tobacco use (alcohol content of more than 42°, more than 150g/ day, drinking for more than 12 months; Smoking =20 cigarettes/day) or a history of drug abuse; [4] Follow a vegan or vegetarian diet; Or an unstable diet; [5] A history of Clostridium difficile infection or helicobacter pylori infection within the past 5 years; [6] Taking the following drugs in the past 6 months: antibiotics, antifungal, antiviral, antiparasitic; Glucocorticoid; Cytogenic drugs; Methotrexate or immunosuppressive cell poison; Commercial probiotics (more than or equal to 10e8 CFU per day or powder with probiotics as the main ingredient) preparations; Dietary supplements; Anticholinergic drugs, anesthetics, antacids, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, immunomodulators, antipsychotics; Taking drugs that affect gastrointestinal motility in the past 1 month; [7] Acute illness at enrollment (delay sampling until subjects recover). Acute illness is defined as moderate or severe illness with or without fever; [8] Severe or chronic respiratory diseases (COPD, pulmonary encephalopathy), cardiovascular (heart failure, severe hypertension), kidney (kidney failure, nephritis), liver (hepatitis), gastrointestinal (active, inflammatory, infectious gastrointestinal diseases; Including inflammatory bowel disease, Crohn's disease, intestinal tumors, irritable bowel syndrome, persistent infectious gastroenteritis, colitis; Unexplained chronic diarrhea, helicobacter pylori infection, chronic constipation, etc.) Endocrine, neuropsychiatric (severe, any neurological condition that may lead to cognitive deterioration, including Alzheimer's disease, Parkinson's disease, and stroke; Suffers from neurodevelopmental disorders, traumatic brain injury, epilepsy or fainting), disorders of the blood system. [9] Human immunodeficiency virus infection, systemic lupus erythematosus, central nervous system syphilis infection, or other known immunosuppressive conditions; [10] Have high blood pressure, diabetes (type 1 or 2), or metabolic disease (thyroid dysfunction, folic acid or vitamin B12 deficiency); History of benign and malignant neoplasms; Cannot tolerate MRI or has contraindications to MRI. There are diseases that affect clinical assessment, including aphasia, severe hearing and visual impairment, and severe dysarthria. [11] White blood cell count 1.2; [12] Diarrhea or constipation in the past 2 weeks, use of laxatives or antidiarrheals; [13] History of major gastrointestinal surgery within the past 5 years (except cholecystectomy and appendectomy); [14] Have had periodontitis treatment or oral surgery within the past 3 months; [15] Untreated caries, periapical lesions, or oral abscesses; [16] Frequent oral ulcers, oral mucosal diseases such as lichen planus and candida infection, periodontal diseases such as gingivitis, periodontitis, chronic dry mouth and bad breath; [17] Acute oral diseases such as acute pulpitis, acute periodontal abscess and acute pericoronitis within the past 1 week; [18] Use of mouthwash or oral therapy in the past week; [AD and MCI] exclusion criteria [1] Have had or have had a stroke with clinical symptoms within the past
