18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Male or female 18 years and older. ?Diagnosed with pulmonary infection induced by multidrug resistant gram-negative bacteria (MDR-GNB) Pathogenic est combined with clinical manifestations, and testing, and treatment with CAZ/AVI or polymyxin for = 3 days ?Informed consent is acceptable and signed by the patient or authorized persons.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Age<18 years old; ? Patients received CAZ/AVI or polymyxin treatment <3 days; ? MDR-GNBs colonization or contamination; ? Allergic or intolerant to CAZ/AVI or polymyxin ;? Bloodstream infections associated with MDR GNBs; ? In addition to infectious diseases, other diseases affect patients’ lives in the short term , such as Pulmonary embolism, acute myocardial infarction, etc.
