Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged between 18 and 99, 2. diagnosed as patients with diabetic mellitus, 3. diagnosed with DKD/CKD, or having abnormalities in renal function indicators (e.g., albuminuria, elevated serum creatinine, and decreased glomerular filtration rate), or having a high risk of DKD/CKD, 4. written the informed consent and willing to complete the study according to the study protocol.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. suffering from severe physical or mental diseases, and is unable to cooperate with the researcher.
