18 Years to 86 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) age greater than or equal to 18 years;(2) meeting the diagnostic criteria of cirrhosis based on medical history,laboratory and imaging studies;(3) successfully treated with TIPS.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1)those without chronic underlying liver disease;(2) those who met the diagnostic criteria of APASL-ACLF before surgery;(3) those who underwent recanalization treatment for occluded TIPS;(4) those lost to follow-up within 1 year after TIPS;(5) those with severe absence of preoperative clinical data.
