Western medicine group:Methotrexate 10mg/w, plus etoricoxib 1 tablet/day for analgesia when joint pain is significant
Chinese-Western medicine combined group:Myoskeletal ultrasound-guided mini-needle knife combined with intradermal needling on the basis of western drug therapy

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Complies with the 2010 ACR/EULAR RA classification standard; ? Patients with DAS28>3.2 and limited joint activity; ? 18-65 years old; ? The patient was informed and agreed to participate in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ?Patients with severe organ disease or mental disease; ? Patients with severe deformity of joints; ? Those who have contraindications to the use of the treatments involved in the study protocol.
