Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) Age> 18 years old; 2) The clinical data is complete, and patients and their families agree to participate in the study; 3) All meet the diagnostic criteria for severe or critical COVID-19 in the ; 4) Signs of pulmonary interstitial lesions in chest CT on admission.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) Death in the hospital; 2) Chest CT and lung function are accurate and patients have poor cooperation and limited reference value; 3) history of occupational exposure to asbestos and silica; 4) History of amiodarone, bleomycin, methotrexate and other medications; 5) Raising pigeons, parrots and other birds and long-term plant and fungus planting history; 6) history of radiotherapy; 7) Patients with long-term home oxygen therapy; 8) History of diagnosis of connective tissue disease, vasculitis, and sarcoidosis; 9) history of diagnosis of interstitial lung disease; 10) exacerbation of pulmonary fibrosis caused by other clear triggers during follow-up; 11) History of consciousness disorders, thought abnormalities and psychiatric diseases; 12) Incomplete clinical data; 13) Loss of follow-up during the investigation and research.
