Interventions

TXA+ANH group(experimental group):After acute normovolemic hemodilution,1%Tranexamic acid was injected intravenously at 10mg/kg for 30 minutes, and 1% tranexamic acid 1 mg/kg/h was pumped continuously
ANH group (control group):Normal saline was injected intravenously with a load of 1mL/kg within 30 minutes, and 0.1 mL/kg/h was pumped continuously until the end of the suture after acute normovolemic

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: ? Informed consent of patients and their families and signed acute normovolemic hemodilution consent; ?Age 18 ~ 75years old, ASA? ~ ? class, weight =50kg; ?Liver function Child-Pugh: Grade A/B, open liver excision =3 segments or a single lesion diameter =5cm; ?Preoperative hemoglobin counts =110g/L, hematocrit =33%, platelet counts =100×10(9)/L; ? No heart and lung disease, no serious liver and kidney dysfunction; ?No obvious abnormality of coagulation function or hemorrhage, no disease of coagulation system, no history of anticoagulant drug use.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: ? Cirrhosis portal hypertension; ? Portal vein/inferior vena cava cancer thrombus, portal vein/inferior vena cava thrombosis; ? Vascular invasion, or accidental injury of blood vessels during operation.
