Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who are clearly diagnosed with moderate to severe heart valve disease by echocardiography; 2. Aged =18 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily participate in the study and sign the informed consent form; 4. Willing and able to cooperate with follow-up.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Under the age of 18; 2. Refusal to sign the informed consent form; 3. Unwilling or unable to cooperate with follow-up.
