Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: The inclusion criteria were as follows: 1. PCV patients diagnosis based on EVEREST criteria; 2. No treatment received; 3. The PCV lesion must involve the macula, not larger than the OCTA 6X6 mm examination range; 4. All patients received three-plus pro re nata (3+PRN) intravitreal injections of anti-VEGF agents and were followed up at one month after each injection; 5. The final follow-up period was 6 months after the last injection without reactivation. No reactivation means no need for further anti-VEGF therapy or other treatment
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Other fundus diseases that could confound the results(such as combine with other types of nAMD, retinal arterial microaneurysms, retinal artery or vein occlusion;) 2. Previous ophthalmic intervention(such as laser, vitrectomy, or photodynamic therapy;) 3. Refractive medium turbidity or macular hemorrhage that affecting BVN morphological recognition or image discrimination; 4. Patients with high retinal pigment epithelium detachment (PED) that influenced the measurement of choroidal parameters. 5. Patients with serious systemic diseases (such as heart and brain infarction, liver and kidney failure, infectious diseases, rheumatic diseases, blood diseases, etc.)
