Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1)Meets the diagnostic criteria for sacroiliac joint dysfunctions (2)Aged between 18 and 85 years old, both for men and women; (3)Onset more than 0.5 months and less than 12 months old; (4)Not receiving any treatment intervention within the last 1 week; (5)Patients with good cognition on the content of the study and willing to participate in the study, and signed the informed consent form, are included in the case study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1)Those who fail to meet the above inclusion criteria; (2)The patient was clinically diagnosed with lumbar (lumbar vertebrae, lumbar muscles, lumbar intervertebral disc) caused by waist, hip, leg pain and perineal area discomfort, such as lumbar muscle strain, lumbar disc herniation, lumbar spinal stenosis, lumbar spondylolisthesis, lumbosacral vertebral fracture, lumbar osteoporosis, etc (3)Rheumatic immune-related diseases with a clinical diagnosis of predominantly inflammatory metaplasia of the sacroiliac joint, such as ankylosing spondylitis, (rheumatoid) arthritis, dense iliopsoas, etc; (4)Sacroiliac bone destroyer caused by severe osteoporosis and other related diseases (endocrine-related diseases or tumors); (5)Pregnant and lactating women; (6)Patients with skin ulceration, infection or other serious skin diseases or patients with hematological diseases with bleeding tendency at the site of manual operation (7) Patients with primary or secondary diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys, brain, lungs and other organs; (8) Those with extremely irregular lifestyle, diet, etc;
