Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Meet the diagnostic criteria for gastrointestinal dysfunction in sepsis; age 18 to 89 years old; receive nasal feeding tube; give informed consent from the patient or the patient family.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patients who had undergone esophageal, stomach and pancreaticoduodenal surgery; patients who are admitted with severe gastrointestinal bleeding and cannot receive enteral feeding; definite pathological diagnosis of gastrointestinal malignancy; small bowel feeding; treatment without 7 d death or automatic discharge.
