Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. symptomatic nonvalvular atrial fibrillation with an episode of atrial fibrillation confirmed by electrocardiogram, ambulatory electrocardiogram, or randomized electrocardiogram evidence at the time of symptom presentation 2. failure of treatment with at least one class III antiarrhythmic drug or patient intolerance 3. age 18-85 years 4. the patient understands the advantages and disadvantages of cryoablation and radiofrequency ablation. 5. the subject or legal representative understands and is willing to sign an informed consent form to participate in the trial.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Thrombosis in the left atrium or left auricle 2. Left atrial anteroposterior diameter >50mm 3. High risk of bleeding or contraindication to anticoagulant use. 4. Stroke or myocardial infarction within 3 months. 5. uncontrolled hyperthyroidism 6. pregnancy 7. Expected survival <1 year 8. eGFR < 60 ml/min 9 Refusal to participate in this clinical trial
