Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? Surgical treatment for spontaneous supratentorial cerebral hemorrhage; ? Age = 18 years old; ? Within 24 hours after surgery, the brain CT was re examined;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? Spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage was not operated, and Conservative management was performed; ? Surgical treatment of spontaneous intracerebral hemorrhage under the hood (cerebellar hemorrhage, brainstem hemorrhage); ? Patients with preoperative spontaneous cerebral hemorrhage and cerebral infarction; ? No cranial CT was performed 24 hours after surgery; ? Secondary cerebral hemorrhage caused by moyamoya disease, aneurysm, trauma, AVM, tumor, etc; ? Loss of follow-up
