Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Meet the criteria for diagnosis of epilepsy published by the International League Against Epilepsy (ILAE) in the 2017 revision; (2) Have a disease duration of =6 months and at least 1 seizure during that period; (3) Taking at least one antiepileptic drug; (4) age = 18 years; (5) education level above elementary school; (6) Long-term residence in the city; (7)Able to accept the intervention program, give informed consent and participate voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) A history of brain surgery; (2) Diagnosis of acute neurological disorders or acute symptomatic seizures associated with substance abuse; (3) Comorbid other neurological or psychiatric disorders, intellectual and personality disorders, and inability to communicate normally; (4) Severe cardiac, hepatic, renal, and other somatic disorders, combined with malignant, progressive, or degenerative disease (5) Those who are participating in other clinical experiments.
