18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. male or female patients between 18 and 65 years of age (inclusive) 2. a minimum of four teeth PD = 5 mm, BOP positive, and CAL = 4 mm in the whole mouth 3. = four missing teeth due to periodontitis.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. treatment with antibiotics or periodontal treatment within three months. 2. history of smoking or chronic alcohol consumption. 3. women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or preparing for pregnancy. 4. systemic disease affecting periodontal healing. 5. physical or mental impairment affecting the performance of oral hygiene care. 6. a history of methylene blue allergy or photosensitivity.
