Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1.Meet diagnostic criteria such as loss of muscle mass and decline of muscle strength and/or decline of physical function. 2.Age from 65 to 85. 3.Signed informed consent and volunteered to participate in this trial.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1.Combined with other serious organic diseases, or unconsciousness and cognitive impairment, or severe malnutrition. 2.Patients with acute disability, such as those with reduced mobility due to various fractures. 3.People with advanced chronic wasting diseases, such as cancer, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), severe chronic kidney disease, severe diabetes, or extreme obesity. 4.Neuromuscular diseases (such as Parkinson's disease), or other muscular disorders such as muscular atrophy and myositis that affect the diagnostic indicators of sarcopenia. 5.Patients with obvious edema of both lower limbs. 6.People with mental illness, language and expressive communication disorders. 7.Persons with pacemakers or stents in their bodies and persons with metal internal fixators, but not dentures.
