Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients who undergo elective hip fracture surgery; ASA level I-III; Age = 65 years old; Patients with NRS score = 4 and moderate pain or above

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: There are contraindications for nerve block; Preoperative cognitive impairment; Long term history of opioid drug use; Refusal to participate in the experiment
