50 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: ?No abnormalities in rheumatoid, rheumatic, self-funding and infection index tests; ?No medical comorbidities, x-ray arthritis grading (K-L typing) grade 2 for mild knee osteoarthritis and K-L typing grade 4 for severe arthritis. No previous history of knee trauma or surgery, and no extra-articular deformities; ?Normal fecal parasite testing and no previous history of abnormal bowel movements or episodes of gastrointestinal disease; ?No previous history of prolonged antibiotic administration; ? Those who voluntarily joined this study and signed the informed consent form.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: ?Patients who need to take immunosuppressants for a long time, antibiotics for >1 year; ?Chronic enteritis, those with recurrent diarrhea in the past 1 month, patients with intestinal cancer, those who have undergone intestinal surgery.
