Control Group:80min routine rehabilitation program after rTMS sham stimulation
Upper Extremity Rehabilitation Robotics Group:rTMS sham stimulation followed by 60 min conventional rehabilitation program and 20 min upper limb rehabilitation robotics training

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnosis of stroke in the newly revised "Diagnostic Points of Various Major Cerebrovascular Diseases in China 2019" of the Neurological Society of the Chinese Medical Association in 2019, and confirmed by cranial CT or MRI; 2. first onset of disease, age = 18 years, stable vital signs, and duration of the disease of 2 weeks-6 months; 3. hemiplegic side of the side of the levator ani, the hands of the Brunnstrom staging stage ?-V, the modified Ashworth The modified Ashworth scale score is = grade II, and the seated balance is = grade II; 4. Simple cognitive function score of MMSE for illiterate group > 17 points, elementary school group (= 6 years of education) > 20 points, and secondary school and above group (> 6 years of education) > 24 points, and they can understand the commands of the rehabilitation therapist and the upper limb rehabilitation robot in the game or the scenario mode; 5. They are able to cooperate with each other in completing the whole cycle of the treatment, and the person himself/herself or his/her legal guardian agrees to participate in the study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severely impaired in consciousness, hearing and sight, speech, mental disorders or other reasons that make them unable to cooperate with the evaluation and treatment; 2. Hemiplegia of limbs caused by trauma and peripheral nerve injury; 3. Presence of unhealed upper limb fracture, shoulder dislocation, severe pain and other related diseases that require restriction of upper limb activities on the affected side; 4. Past medical history such as epilepsy or cranial tissue defects, metal implants in the body; 5. Combined malignant tumors or dangerous diseases such as severe cardiopulmonary insufficiency, liver and kidney failure.
