Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the diagnostic criteria of chronic kidney disease stage 5 (uremia stage) (KDIGO 2012 Clinical Practice Guideline for the Evaluation and Management of Chronic Kidney Disease); 2. Aged 18-80 years old; 3. Complete clinical data; 4. Patients and their families have given informed consent

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant and breastfeeding women; 2. Patients with severe infection; 3. Patients with other important organ dysfunction; 4. Patients with blood and immune system diseases
