Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) According to the diagnostic criteria of traditional Chinese medicine (cold-dampness blocking collaterals) and western medicine (LDH remission stage); (2) age of 18-60 years old; (3) visual analogue scale (visual analogue scale, VAS) a score of 3 or more points; (4) during treatment discontinuation affect curative effect of interventions (such as kerotherapy, hormonal drugs, non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids), etc.); (5) Informed consent was obtained from patients.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) severe lumbar disc herniation with cauda equina nerve damage and definite surgical indications; (2) patients with bony spinal stenosis or spinal deformity or spinal tumor (3) patients with poor coagulation function; (4) pregnant and lactating women; (5) patients with surgical history of spinal diseases.
