18 Years to 90 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Low LTA group 1) Age = 18 years old; 2) Diagnosis of moderate to severe dry eye; 3) Tear LTA level1.2ng/ml; 4) Comply with the treatment requirements of 0.1% flumiolone eye drops; 5) The severity of dry eye signs in both eyes are consistent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Dry eye related to autoimmune diseases; 2) Severe Meibomian gland gland dysfunction (MGD); 3) Allergic Conjunctivitis; 4) Pterygium patients; 5) Patients who used topical anti-inflammatory treatment within one month, including glucocorticoids, non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs and immunosuppressive drug; 6) Patients who take doxycycline, glucocorticoid or other immunosuppressive drug orally within one month; 7) Individuals who are allergic to testing reagents such as fluorescein sodium; 8) Patients who have eye surgery or trauma within the past 3 months; 9) Patients who have received plugs of lacrimal punctum within one month; 10) Individuals with active ocular infections or those with ocular infections within the past one month; 11) Patients with a history of viral keratitis; 12) Patients with endophthalmitis or a history of endophthalmitis; 13) Patients with Uveitis and glaucoma.
