18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Healthy : ? older than 18 years old; ? Right foot; ? No central nervous system and brain trauma; ? No organic lesions were found in routine brain MRI; ? No serious mental and physical diseases; ? No history of drug and alcohol dependence; ? There are no contraindications to TMS and MRI examination; ? They voluntarily participated and signed the informed consent. Patients: ? stroke patients in line with the cerebrovascular disease group of the neurology branch of the Chinese Medical Association, 2019 diagnostic key points of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China, confirmed by CT or MRI; ? Unlimited age; ? Stable condition; ? First attack, unilateral hemiplegia, accompanied by lower limb motor dysfunction; ? No aphasia, able to communicate normally; ? MMSE = 24 points; ? The patients and their families agreed and signed the informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Healthy : ? less than 18 years old; ? Any neurological disease; ? History of epilepsy; ? No serious mental or physical illness; ? TMS adverse reactions have occurred; ? Taking drugs that affect cortical excitability; ? Pregnancy; ? History of lower extremity surgery; ? The response to TMS cannot be induced in tibialis anterior muscle; ? Poor compliance or inability to cooperate with the test. Patients: ? those with pacemakers and metal implants in the body; ? Patients with severe bone, joint and muscle diseases; ? Liver, kidney and other serious life-threatening diseases and psychiatric patients; ? Severe cognitive or communication impairment; ? Those with epilepsy history or family history; ? Those with skull missing; ? Massive cerebral infarction or hemorrhage; ? Those who do not receive treatment; ? Currently participating in other clinical trials.
