35 Years to 80 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Age range of 35-80 years with a mean of 60 years, following a normal distribution, and a male-to-female ratio of 2:1. 2. Complete clinical information, pathology report, and imaging data including CT scans. 3. Voluntarily participating in this project, signing an informed consent form, and willing to provide questionnaire survey information on smoking history, occupational exposure history, medical history, and familial history of lung cancer within three generations.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Suffering from tuberculosis, bacterial pneumonia, pulmonary infections caused by other pathogens (such as Mycoplasma pneumoniae, Chlamydia pneumoniae, viruses, etc.), infectious atypical pneumonia, highly pathogenic avian influenza virus pneumonia, hepatitis B, hepatitis C, and other infectious diseases. 2. Pregnant women or breastfeeding women. 3. Suspected metastatic lesions or confirmed pathological metastatic lesions. 4. Patients without examination records or incomplete information records, unable to be categorized into groups.
