Age
18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Aged 18-80 years, both genders; 2) Confirmed esophageal squamous cell carcinoma; 3) According to the eighth edition of TNM staging, the clinical stage is locally advanced (T2-4N0-2M0) (potentially resectable or marginally resectable), which is not suitable for endoscopic exfoliation or resection, and has no distant metastasis; 4) Neoadjuvant PD-1/PD-L1 immunotherapy (e.g., pembrolizumab, sintilimab) with chemotherapy (paclitaxel/albumin-bound paclitaxel plus carboplatin/cisplatin) or chemoradiotherapy; 5) Underwent curative surgery.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Esophageal adenocarcinoma or mixed adenocarcinoma with small cell component; 2) Concurrent other tumors; 3) No further surgery.
