Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: (1) Female aged 40-60; (2) BMI>24kg/m2, body fat ratio>35%; (3) Having complete cognitive and reading and writing abilities; (4) Sign the informed consent form and voluntarily accept the health management of menopausal Ketogenic diet.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: (1) Complicated with other malignant tumors, serious cardio cerebral Vascular disease, or other diseases leading to organ failure; (2) Patients with severe Complications of diabetes; (3) Patients who participate in other clinical trials within 3 months. (4) Diagnosed metabolic syndrome (5) Contraindications to Ketogenic diet: a. Metabolic contraindications: Carnitine deficiency, Carnitine palmitoyltransferase I or II deficiency, Carnitine transferase II deficiency ß- Oxidase deficiency, short chain acyl dehydrogenase deficiency, long chain 3-hydroxyacyl coenzyme deficiency, medium chain 3-hydroxyacyl coenzyme deficiency, Pyruvic acid hydroxylase deficiency, porphyria; b. Complicated contraindications: Urinary system stones, history of renal failure or severe renal insufficiency, familial Dyslipidemia, severe liver disease, chronic metabolic Acidosis, history of pancreatic disease, severe diabetes, active gallbladder disease, fat digestion disorder, severe cardio cerebral Vascular disease, etc; c. Contraindications of oral drugs: antiepileptic drugs such as zoxanide, topiramate and Acetazolamide can cause Acidosis, and treatment with Ketogenic diet will aggravate Acidosis; d. Special contraindications: Pregnant, lactating, currently infected, difficult to eat, and unable to cooperate with patients.
