13 Years to 60 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) Age =13 years old; 2) OHT or Early POAG patients; 3) IOP >21mmHg; 4) No IOP-lowering medications have been used.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Age <13 years old; 2) Strabismus or refractive aberrations, Best corrected visual acuity <0.8; 3) Equivalent spherical lens<-6.00D; 4) Ocular axis length shorter than 22mm or longer than 26mm; 5) Abnormalities of the refractive media (cornea, lens, vitreous); 6) Suffering from other ocular diseases; 7) History of ocular surgery or trauma; 8) Previous history of topical or systemic application of diuretics or glucocorticoids.
