Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1)Unilateral or bilateral first mandibular molar or second molar missed for more than 1 year due to various reasons before orthodontic, and the width of alveolar ridge at the missing tooth is less than 7mm; 2)Second mandibular molar is present or the third mandibular molar is available; 3)There is no pulp and apical inflammation in adjacent teeth, and no RCT was performed. 4)The periodontal condition is well controlled and there is no moderate or severe periodontal tissue inflammation. 5)There are no bone island, osteoma, apical cyst and root resorption in the tooth moving area.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1)Patients with poor general condition, long-term use of bisphosphonates, corticosteroids or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs, and any disease that prevents bone remodeling; 2)There is pulp or apical inflammation in adjacent teeth or they have undergone root canal treatment. 3)Patients with advanced periodontitis or uncontrolled periodontal inflammation and severe gingival retreat; 4)Patients with hemostatic disorders; 5)Patients with severe posterior teeth retraction requiring arch expansion; 6)Bimaxillary protrusion and other patients who need orthodontic-orthognathic combined treatment.
