Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Extensive small cell lung cancer confirmed by histology or cytology; 2. Receive first-line treatment based on adebrelimab; 3. The patients voluntarily joined this study, signed an informed consent form, had good compliance, and cooperated with follow-up.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Previously received any T cell co stimulation or immune checkpoint therapy, including but not limited to cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen-4 (CTLA-4) inhibitors, PD-1 inhibitors, PD-L1/2 inhibitors, or other drugs targeting T cells; 2. Patients who are participating in other intervention studies; 3. Patients with concurrent malignant tumors; 4. Pregnant and lactating women have been confirmed.
