50 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Age between 50 and 80 years; (2) radiographic K-L grade 1-4 (3) knee pain with duration of symptoms for at least 1 month (4) provided informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) presence of concomitant inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, psoriatic arthritis, or ankylosing spondylitis; (2) previous history of knee surgery; (3) frequent use of anti-inflammatory drugs and / or steroids; (4) previous hyaluronic acid, platelet-rich plasma and steroid therapy; (5) BMI> 33 (6) history of chronic systemic diseases;
