Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Inclusion criteria: ? age =60 years; ? ASA classification in grade I-IV; ? patients expected to be admitted to the PACU after surgery; ? preoperative aspiration of air finger pulse oxygen =95%, blood gas partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide are in the normal value; ? at the time of extubation, blood gas blood gas partial pressure of oxygen and carbon dioxide are in the normal value.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: ? patient refusal; ? patients expected to be sent to ICU after surgery; ? hemodynamic instability; ? abnormalities in liver and kidney function.
