Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients with renal calculi over 18 years old with indications for percutaneous nephrolithotomy. (2) Patients who understand and sign the informed consent forms.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Clear contraindications to surgery, including untreated urinary tract infection, coagulation abnormalities, and severe cardiopulmonary, hepatic or renal insufficiency. (2) Urogenital anomalies. (3) Combination of other surgical modalities such as ureteral flexible lithotripsy during the same period. (4) Multiple percutaneous tracts during the procedure.
