65 Years to 90 Years
Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1: Age 65 ~ 90 years old 2: The ASA grades were ? ~ ?. 3: undergo knee or hip surgery under general anaesthesia 4: All patients were informed and signed informed consent forms.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1: Preoperatively identified patients with severe cognitive impairment such as dementia or Alzheimer's disease 2: Have kidney failure (requiring dialysis) or liver failure (Child-Pugh score>5) 3: Patients who have serious sleep disorders before surgery and need to take hypnotic drugs to fall asleep 4: Have severe hearing, vision, language and other reasons to be unable to communicate normally.
