18 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Pathological diagnosis are gastrointestinal stromal tumors; 2. patients without any form of treatment; 3. fresh tumor tissues and peri-tumor tissues can be used for performing single-cell RNA sequencing.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. patients who have received radiation, chemotherapy, targeted therapy or any other treatments; 2. sample quality is not satisfactory.
